Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier,

  • received the goods (single order / single delivery),
  • received the last goods (single order / separate deliveries),
  • received the last partial shipment or piece (delivery in several parts), or
  • received the first goods (continuous delivery over a defined period).

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us (BlueFeza KG, Hauptstraße 110/4, A-3400 Weidling, Austria, phone: +43 720 346989, e-mail: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, e-mail or fax). You may use the template withdrawal form below, which is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from choosing a different kind of delivery than the standard option offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, we use the same payment method for refunds that you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of sending the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
