These amounts apply per order and include VAT. Orders at or above the stated value ship free of charge.
Delivery times
- Austria: 3–4 working days
- Germany: 3–4 working days
- Rest of the EU: 3–9 working days
Delivery times start once payment has been received and cover both handling and transport. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We deliver to the following 25 countries of the European Union:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We are currently unable to deliver outside these countries.

Orders are shipped from a warehouse in Slovakia. Transport time after handover to the parcel service is:

Handling adds up to one further working day. The delivery times stated above already account for this.
Parcel services
Depending on destination and weight, we ship via Packeta, DPD or GLS. The dispatch confirmation you receive by email states which service is carrying your parcel and includes tracking details.
Bulky items
Large furniture items are sent by freight forwarder. In that case we will arrange the delivery date with you by email in advance.
Public holidays
Our logistics partner is based in Slovakia and closed on Slovak public holidays. These include days that are not public holidays in Austria, such as 5 July and 29 August. Orders received on those days are processed on the next working day.
